BRX London is a residential and commercial construction firm working across Central London and the Home Counties, from apartment refurbishments to commercial fit-outs. We designed and built a sleek, high-end website that reflects the quality of the work and appeals to the premium clients the firm wants to attract.
The brief
In high-end construction the website is judged as a sample of the work. Prospective clients in Chelsea or Kensington, and the architects and project managers who advise them, expect a site as considered as the finish on a marble bathroom. Anything less undermines the pitch before a conversation starts.
The brief was a refined, minimal site that led with completed projects, set out residential and commercial services simply, and communicated the firm’s standards and way of working to a discerning audience.
What we did
We built the site on WordPress with a restrained, high-end design: generous space, strong photography and a calm palette that lets the projects carry the page. The home page leads with the firm’s positioning and its values of high standards, clear communication and fair pricing.
A projects section presents completed work by location, with each project given room for photography and a short description. Residential and commercial services have their own pages, with the residential side covering renovations, extensions and refurbishments and the commercial side covering fit-out and refurbishment for owners, landlords and professional teams.
Every page leads to a get-in-touch route with a phone line and contact page, and the site makes the firm’s promise to respond the same working day visible. Social links to Instagram, Houzz and LinkedIn connect the site to where premium clients research builders, and the build includes cookie consent and enquiry measurement.
Why it works
A premium audience reads design quality as a proxy for build quality. A restrained site that lets the photography do the work signals the same attention to detail clients want on site.
Project pages by location help prospects find work near them and give the site something specific to rank for, while separate residential and commercial routes keep each pitch focused.
The result
BRX London now has a sleek, high-end website that showcases its completed projects by location, presents residential and commercial services on their own pages, and gives premium clients and their advisers a clear, simple way to get in touch.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build websites for construction and building firms?
Yes. We work with builders, contractors and property businesses across the UK from our Birmingham and London offices, including firms targeting the premium end of the market.
How important is photography for a construction website?
Very. For high-end work the photography is the pitch, and we design the site around it. We can advise on or arrange project photography if needed.
Can we add new projects ourselves?
Yes. Projects, galleries and blog posts are editable in WordPress, and we provide a handover so new work can be added as it completes.
How long does a site like this take?
A portfolio-led site is typically a few weeks from brief to launch, with photography usually the main dependency.
Can you help a builder get enquiries from Google?
Yes. We offer SEO and Google Ads on rolling monthly terms with no long contracts, and we are a Google Partner. A free audit is the usual first step.
