Goodstuff 365

Goodstuff 365 builds the BC Customer Portal, a B2B self-service ordering platform for businesses running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The product needed a website that could explain a technical proposition to decision-makers quickly and turn that understanding into demo requests. We designed and built a modern, focused product site to do that job.

The brief

Software websites have a hard task. A visitor needs to understand what the product does, whether it fits their business and what happens next, often in under a minute. For a product that sits on top of an ERP system, that explanation has to be precise without becoming a technical manual.

Goodstuff 365 wanted a clean, modern site that made the portal’s value obvious to manufacturers, wholesale distributors and other businesses already using Business Central, and that funnelled every point of interest toward a conversation with the team.

What we did

We designed the website as a focused single-page product site with a separate contact page, so the story unfolds in one scroll. It opens with a clear statement of what the BC Customer Portal is, then moves through a product overview, the audiences it serves, a feature breakdown, the develop, implement and support services around it, a Why Us section and an FAQ.

The content explains the integration carefully: the portal connects to Business Central and reflects its products, customer-specific pricing, stock, customers and workflows, with the data staying in the ERP environment. Features such as secure role-based customer login, live catalogue and pricing, ordering and re-ordering, order history, shipment tracking and document downloads are laid out so a buyer can check them against their own requirements.

Every call to action leads to the contact page, where prospects can arrange a demo and a short discovery call. The site is built to be fast, works cleanly on mobile, and is structured so the team can add pages, case studies or new feature announcements as the product develops.

Why it works

A single-page structure suits a product with one clear proposition. The visitor is never asked to navigate; they read, understand and act. Naming the audiences explicitly, from manufacturers selling to trade customers to food and drink distributors with frequent repeat orders, lets each visitor recognise themselves quickly.

Keeping the technical explanation honest and specific builds credibility with the IT and operations people who will evaluate the portal, while the plain-language framing keeps it accessible to the commercial decision-makers who sign off.

The result

Goodstuff 365 now has a product website that explains the BC Customer Portal clearly, speaks directly to the businesses it is built for, sets out the features and services in a way buyers can evaluate, and gives every interested visitor a simple path to a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build websites for software and SaaS companies?

Yes. We work with software businesses and technology companies across the UK, and we are used to translating technical products into clear, persuasive websites.

Is a single-page site a good choice for a product launch?

Often, yes. It keeps the message focused and is quick to launch, and it can be expanded into a multi-page site with case studies and feature pages as the product grows.

Can the site be expanded later?

Yes. We build on a flexible structure so new pages, blog posts, case studies and landing pages can be added without a redesign.

How long does a product website like this take?

A focused product site can typically be designed and built in a few weeks once the proposition and copy are agreed.

Can you help us generate demo requests after launch?

Yes. We offer Google Ads and SEO on rolling monthly terms with no long contracts, and we are a Google Partner. A free consultation is the best place to start.
