H-Pack Packaging UK is a food packaging manufacturer and distributor based in Wrexham, part of the Hotpack group founded in Dubai in 1995. The company wanted a professional website to present its products and manufacturing capability to the UK market. We designed and built a site that covers a very large product range without losing clarity.
The brief
H-Pack supplies food service, catering, retail, hospitality, healthcare and many other sectors with paper, moulded fibre, wooden, aluminium and plastic packaging, along with hygiene and cleaning products and flexible packaging. The site needed to organise all of that so that a buyer could find the right category quickly.
It also had to communicate the company’s sustainability focus, its certifications and the scale of its manufacturing, while making it easy for trade buyers to enquire.
What we did
We built a bespoke WordPress website structured around About Us, Products, Manufacturing, Sustainability, Resources and Get In Touch. The product section uses a category menu covering every product family, so buyers can move from a broad category to the items they need.
The homepage leads with the company’s sustainability message and plant-based materials, followed by sections on end-to-end solutions, logistics, certified quality and branded packaging. Manufacturing stats, a list of factories, industries served and client logos give trade buyers a sense of scale, and a global presence section places the UK operation within the wider group.
Enquiries are handled through a contact form with an enquiry-type selector, plus an enquiry cart that lets a buyer collect products as they browse and submit them in one request. Catalogue downloads, a newsletter sign-up, WhatsApp, phone and email round out the contact options. The site is responsive and built to handle a large catalogue without slowing down.
Why it works
B2B packaging buyers are comparing suppliers on range, certification and reliability. A site that organises the range clearly and puts the certifications and manufacturing capability in view answers those questions directly.
The enquiry cart turns browsing into a specific, actionable request, which is far more useful to the sales team than a blank contact form.
The result
H-Pack now has a professional website that presents its full product range, manufacturing capability and sustainability credentials to the UK market, with an enquiry cart, contact form and catalogue downloads giving trade buyers a clear route to get in touch.
